Happy Monday Lovelies! Hope you guys had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend. When I started Medley Style I honestly went back and forth so much on whether to do this blogging thing again and the one thing that I knew for sure is that I just didn't want to show me wearing pretty outfits...yes, I want to inspire you but not just by what I'm wearing. At this stage in my life and on this journey, I want to hopefully be of inspiration to you as you are "going thru the going thru"! Truth be told there are times when I just want to let you guys know that the "look" maybe chic on the outside but on the inside it's a totally different story. My mother always told me and my brothers, "You never know what someone is going through so always be kind" and she also said, "Don't look like what you're going through". True words to live by....so as I'm going on this journey, with's God's grace and mercy, I know I'll make it through. Some days are rougher than others, but honestly, that's just life! Getting my relationship closer with God is key for me. I have learned on this journey that I can't do this without him. Whether things are all good or if it seems all hell is about to break out, I always praise his name and will continue to give God all the glory.
